Grow a big garden in a small space.
If you “only” have a small space to work with — patio, balcony, dooryard — you can still grow a bountiful garden, as long as you choose compact varieties that will thrive in that environment. To take the guesswork out of the equation, we selected a handful of seed varieties that grow exceptionally well in containers; the fabric containers (grow bags) to grow them in; and an irrigation system designed for patio gardens.

The seed varieties we selected are proven performers for container growing. They grow into compact, space-saving plants with high yields! We included an eggplant, tomato, 2 peppers, basil, snap bean, and a sunflower.

Our Smart Pot® containers are durable, reusable fabric pots. Unlike plastic pots, the fabric walls air-prune the roots which promotes plant health. We included 1 of each size pot: 3 gallon, 5 gallon, 10 gallon, and 20 gallon.

NOTE: If you add all the seed varieties in this set to your cart, you will need to increase the quantity of Smart Pot containers accordingly. Here is a handy reference for which crops will do best in each Smart Pot size:

•3 Gallon: Basil
•5 Gallon: Sunflower and Beans
•10 Gallon: Pepper and Eggplant
•20 Gallon: Tomato
